Local delivery (same-day)

 

  1. Availability

    • “Local delivery is available Tuesday–Saturday in Monterey County, CA.” 

     

  2. Cutoff + processing time

    • “Orders placed before 4:00 PM qualify for delivery the same day when possible. Please allow 45 minutes for order processing.” 

     

  3. Fee

    • Local delivery fee: $9.99.

     

  4. Holiday delivery rules

    • Nov 24–Dec 23: orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered same day.

     

  5. Changes

    • Times and days are subject to change

    Pickup

     

    • Cost: Free

    • When it’s ready: Most pickup orders are ready within 1–2 hours during store hours.

    • How you’ll notify: You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

    • Where + what to bring: Pick up in-store during business hours at the desired date and time. Bring your order confirmation pickup code.

    • If someone else picks up: Reply to your Pickup confirmation email with the pickup person’s name as well as give them the pickup code provided in the "Ready to Pickup" email.
